Please send an email to rimborsi@medicaldesk.it at least 24 hours before the appointment to cancel it. You will receive a refund within 7 days from the booking date.

Reports are regularly submitted on the dedicated regional portal at the end of the day.

The suspension/reactivation of the Green Pass is managed through the dedicated portal following our report.

In case of a positive rapid swab, please email info@medicaldesk.it to book a confirmatory PCR swab.
